The inventory
Eighteen experiences. These six lead.
Every one includes a trained attendant, a design pass on the output, and instant delivery to your guests. The full lineup runs from the classic mirror to a robotic cinema arm.

ExploreCorporate & brand activations
An activation that produces content, contacts and numbers
The reason a photo experience earns a place in a marketing budget is not the photograph. It is that the photograph gets shared by the attendee, to an audience that trusts them, carrying your branding — and that a permissioned contact list comes out of the same interaction.
Full booth branding
Physical wrap, custom start screen, overlays and print templates built to your guidelines.
Opt-in data capture
Consent taken inside the sharing step, in exchange for something the guest wants.
Branded galleries
Every asset lands on a page carrying your identity, not a supplier's.
Custom fabrication
Backdrops, step-and-repeats and built sets designed with your team in advance.
Venue coordination
Load-in windows, freight lifts, marshalling and exhibitor kits handled as routine.
COI, same day
A $3M policy and certificates naming the venue, building and management company.
Weddings & celebrations
The other half of the room
Guests stay later, the dance floor stays full, and you go home with a book of photographs nobody had to ask anyone to take. From Bergen County ballrooms to bayfront estates on the shore.

Why us
What actually decides whether it works
An operator, always
Every booking includes a trained attendant for its full duration. The difference between a booth people queue for and one that sits in a corner is almost never the machine — it is whether someone is standing next to it who knows how to start a line.
Equipment that holds up in print
Pro Canon DSLRs, studio-powered lighting and dye-sublimation printers that produce a dry 4×6 in seconds. Not a tablet on a stand.
Designed, not selected
Print templates, on-screen journeys, overlays and backgrounds are built for your event rather than picked from a dropdown — to brand guidelines where you have them.
Paperwork handled early
A $3 million policy and same-day certificates of insurance naming whoever your venue requires. We ask for the building's requirements at booking, not the week of the event.
Statewide coverage
Across New Jersey
Travel is quoted from your venue's ZIP code before you book and never added afterwards. Each area page covers the venues, the load-in realities and what actually works in those rooms.
Selected work
Events already delivered
Twelve activations from the portfolio — brand, corporate and cultural. These were shot by this team at events outside New Jersey.

Before you book
The things people ask first
Where in New Jersey do you work?
The whole state — Jersey City and Hoboken through Newark, Princeton and the shore, down to Atlantic City. Travel is quoted from your venue's ZIP code before you book and never added afterwards.
What is included in a booking?
A trained attendant for the full booking, unlimited sessions, unlimited prints where the experience prints, a print template designed for your event, instant sharing to guests by text, email or QR code, an online gallery, and a premium backdrop. Setup and breakdown sit outside your booked hours.
How much space do you need?
Most static experiences want ten by ten feet, with eight by eight the working minimum. The 360 needs eight by eight genuinely clear plus room for the crowd it draws. The enclosed booth fits a compact footprint against a wall, and the roaming booth needs no floor space at all.
How far in advance should we book?
For a December corporate party or a summer shore Saturday, as far ahead as you can — both compress badly. Otherwise a few weeks usually works, though a full physical booth wrap needs two to three weeks on its own.
Are you insured, and can you provide a COI?
Yes to both. We carry a $3 million policy and issue certificates the same day they are requested, naming the venue, building owner and management company where required. Corporate campuses and casino properties also need badging arranged days ahead — send us their requirements early.
Can the whole experience be branded?
Yes. Booth wrap, start screen, on-screen journey, overlays, print templates and a branded gallery or microsite. Opt-in data capture and a post-event report of sessions, shares and opt-in rate are available on any experience that shares digitally.
How soon do guests get their photos?
Prints come out in seconds. Digital copies reach the guest's phone by text, email or QR code before they have walked away, and everything from the event lands in an online gallery afterwards.
Who is behind New Jersey Photo Activations?
A team that has been running photo and interactive experiences for years, for brands including Google Cloud, adidas, ServiceNow, Macy's and Hellmann's. New Jersey Photo Activations is the New Jersey-focused side of that work, with its own team on the ground here.
Let's create something memorable
Tell us your date, your venue and roughly how many guests. We come back with real pricing for the experience that actually fits the room — travel included, nothing hidden.
